Return Process:

How to return a major appliance?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept the delivery of your major appliance, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the major appliance home yourself), you have 30 days to contact us regarding defects, damage, or other issues. Please do not contact the store. Refund Method & Processing Time

Return Shipping Fees

If you choose to return an item using a prepaid label from our Online Returns Center, and the return is not due to an error by MIC Corporation, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The estimated return shipping fees will be shown at checkout when you select a prepaid return label.
However, if the return is a result of a MIC Corporation error (such as receiving a wrong or defective item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please return it during the return and exchange window to any MIC Corporation location, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
