We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. Gather the purchases you want to return, just make sure your items are in the original condition, contents, and packaging. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept the delivery of your major appliance, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the major appliance home yourself), you have 30 days to contact us regarding defects, damage, or other issues. Please do not contact the store. We aim to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible. Unless specified otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you prefer, you may choose to exchange the item for the same product instead.
For returns sent by mail, we will process your return within 2–3 business days of receiving it. After processing, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition. Returns may be refused if the items are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched.
Please ensure all original accessories and packaging are included with your return. Missing items may result in a nonrefundable deduction from your refund or denial of the return altogether.
If your purchase included a bundle discount or a free item, you must return all qualifying items to retain the discount. Failure to do so will void the offer and adjust your refund accordingly.
If you choose to return an item using a prepaid label from our Online Returns Center, and the return is not due to an error by MIC Corporation, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The estimated return shipping fees will be shown at checkout when you select a prepaid return label.
However, if the return is a result of a MIC Corporation error (such as receiving a wrong or defective item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please return it during the return and exchange window to any MIC Corporation location, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Prefer to return it by mail? No problem — just contact us at +1(833)-770-3062 during your return period for special return instructions. MIC Corporation will cover all reasonable and standard ground shipping fees in such cases.
Returns made without a valid proof of purchase may be denied or subject to limited reimbursement. Please note that state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed in these cases.
